The Picklr: Region’s First Indoor Pickleball Facility Now Open in Spotsylvania County
The Picklr, the region’s first indoor facility dedicated exclusively to pickleball, has opened its doors on Plank Road in Spotsylvania County. This new facility features 10 indoor pickleball courts, retail sales of pickleball apparel and equipment, a private event area, locker rooms, and more.
Located at 3700 Plank Road, The Picklr offers a membership model that allows for unlimited play at the local facility or any other Picklr location across the U.S. Membership also includes access to leagues, tournaments, clinics, and guest passes. The Picklr is quickly becoming a popular destination for pickleball enthusiasts of all ages.
While there are other indoor facilities in the region with pickleball courts, The Picklr is the only one exclusively dedicated to the sport. Other facilities may offer some pickleball courts or shared courts with other sports. Outdoor pickleball facilities can also be found at various locations in the area.
It seems that area residents have already taken notice of The Picklr, as every court was occupied on a recent Thursday morning. The surge in popularity of pickleball has led to the opening of this dedicated facility, catering to the growing number of enthusiasts in the region.
