Erie Pickleball: Turning a Vision into Reality in Mentor
Local couple Chris and Kay O’Donnell have turned their vision into reality with the opening of Erie Pickleball, a six-court indoor facility in Mentor. The facility, located at 8020 Tyler Blvd., has already received overwhelming support from the pickleball community since its opening in late June.
Chris O’Donnell expressed his amazement at the positive response, stating, “The pickleball community is unlike any other, and we have already met some really wonderful people who want to see our business and the game of pickleball thrive.”
Erie Pickleball offers a user-friendly court reservation app, ensuring players can easily schedule playing time without the hassle of fighting for court time. The facility also features a Community Room for players to socialize before and after games.
In addition to on-court activities, Erie Pickleball plans to offer a variety of programming, including beginner and intermediate classes, corporate events, and special activities like birthday parties and Christmas in July celebrations.
With staff available daily and flexible hours, Erie Pickleball aims to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for players of all levels. Equipment rentals are available for those who do not have their own gear.
