The Rise of Pickleball in Mercer County: New Facilities Opening Soon!
Pickleball is taking over Mercer County, with two new state-of-the-art facilities set to open in Robbinsville and Hamilton Township. The sport, which has been rapidly growing in popularity, is now becoming a staple in the area with the announcement of these new facilities.
The Robbinsville Fieldhouse in Robbinsville will soon be home to the largest Pickleball facility in the Northeast, boasting over 60,000 square feet and more than 20 Pickleball courts. The facility will offer high-tech amenities, equipment, and dining options, making it a premier destination for Pickleball enthusiasts.
Not to be outdone, Hamilton Township will also be welcoming a new Pickleball facility called Pickleball Kingdom. This 40,000 square-foot facility will feature 14 indoor Pickleball courts, a cafe, restaurant, conference rooms, meeting spaces, a lounge, and plenty of parking. The courts will have outdoor surfaces, allowing players to enjoy the game regardless of the weather.
Hamilton Mayor Jeff Martin expressed excitement about the new facility, stating that Hamilton is becoming the center of Pickleball in New Jersey with the addition of Pickleball Kingdom and the existing outdoor courts in Veterans Park.
