The event spans two days with a variety of family-friendly activities. On Friday, July 11, from 5 PM to 9 PM at the Courthouse Lawn, attendees can enjoy a community picnic with free food, a kiddie parade themed around the 1980s, face painting, carnival games, inflatables, and a farmers market. The evening also features a DJ, Tyler Sean Entertainment, and a 5K Walk/Run called “Party in Pink” to support mammogram funding for women in need.
Saturday, July 12, at Riverside Park from 9:30 AM to 10 PM offers a full day of fun including a petting zoo, cheerleading face painting, inflatables, bingo, dunk tank, balloon creations, and multiple sports tournaments such as pickleball and soap hockey. The day culminates with a parade downtown, live music by The Spazmatics—an 80s tribute band—and a fireworks extravaganza by Bar Y Pyros, with a rain date set for Sunday. Additional family activities and contests are scheduled throughout the day to engage all ages.
