USAP Bans JOOLA Mod TA-15: New Guidelines and Paddle Refresh Program Announced
The USA Pickleball Association (USAP) has made a significant announcement regarding the retirement of the JOOLA MOD TA-15 Perseus paddle from its competitions. This decision comes as part of the new guidelines set by USAP, which state that any paddle testing greater than 0.44 in the PB-CoR test will no longer be allowed in USAP-sanctioned events starting from July 1, 2025.
In response to this development, JOOLA has introduced a Paddle Refresh Program for customers who purchased the JOOLA MOD TA-15 Perseus paddle between November 1, 2024, and March 1, 2025. These customers will receive a 50% discount on the Pro 4 Perseus Paddle as part of this program, which will run from March 15 to April 30, 2025. To avail of this offer, customers must submit their proof of purchase and serial number by the deadline.
JOOLA has expressed its commitment to upholding industry standards and supporting the growth of pickleball through innovative products. The company acknowledges the popularity of the MOD TA-15 paddle among players of all levels and assures customers of its dedication to providing quality equipment that aligns with the new USAP guidelines.
