USAP’s National Pickleball Month 2025: A Month of Action-Packed Events and Initiatives
Get ready for an action-packed April as USAP’s National Pickleball Month gears up for an exciting lineup of events across the country. With over 100 sanctioned pickleball events taking place throughout the month, there is something for everyone to enjoy, from clinics and tournaments to pickleball parties.
Established in 2018, National Pickleball Month aims to bring together players of all ages and skill levels while also introducing the sport to new audiences. From National Pickleball Senior Day to Junior Day on April 1, the month will be filled with clinics, coaching camps, recreational events, family-friendly parties, and tournaments, including the highly anticipated Maryland Pickleball Classic.
USA Pickleball, the governing body for the sport in the United States, emphasizes that “Pickleball is for all: use this month to demonstrate that!” National Pickleball Month serves as a platform to promote the sport, raise awareness, strengthen community connections, educate people on the benefits of pickleball, and support businesses within the industry.
At the core of National Pickleball Month is USA Pickleball Serves, the charitable arm of USA Pickleball, which focuses on making a positive impact on communities through pickleball. Initiatives such as court enhancements, educational youth programming, and inclusive play will be pursued throughout the month.
As part of the celebrations, USAP will host a variety of tournaments for players of all ages and skill levels, including the “Build-a-Pickleball Pack” volunteer opportunity and a Learn-to-Play Clinic. Registration is essential for those looking to participate, and USA Pickleball membership is required to complete the registration form.
Don’t miss out on the excitement of National Pickleball Month in April 2025, as the pickleball community comes together to celebrate the sport and its impact on players and communities nationwide.
