Raleigh Parks recognizes the USA Pickleball Association (USA Pickleball) as the authority on governing rules for pickleball and adopts its Code of Conduct for all pickleball activities. The USA Pickleball’s mission emphasizes promoting the sport’s growth through good sportsmanship, with all participants, officials, volunteers, and spectators expected to model respectful, fair, and ethical behavior. This includes refraining from unsportsmanlike conduct, unsafe behavior, obscene language, discrimination, and abuse, while supporting USA Pickleball policies and accepting responsibility for one’s actions.
Violations of the USA Pickleball Code of Conduct, as well as Raleigh Parks’ own guidelines, may result in removal from current sessions and potential suspension from future play, depending on the offense’s severity. This ensures a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all involved in the Indoor Pickleball Program.
