Laurie-Sue Rodrigues, the Y’s health and wellness director, expressed her enthusiasm: “We are so excited to bring this program back. It has proven effective for so many of our members. Our team of health and wellness professionals will provide all the right tools and support to help you stay on track and successfully reach your goals.”
