Sportime Pickleball Westbury: Grand Opening of New 13-Court Facility on Long Island
Sportime Pickleball is making a big splash on Long Island with the grand opening of its new 13-court facility in Westbury. The state-of-the-art facility is designed for both competitive and social play, offering players premium amenities and exclusive partnerships with top pickleball brands.
The new Sportime Pickleball Westbury location boasts 13 professional-grade indoor courts, courtside lounges, changing rooms, a pro shop, grab-and-go café, and a party room with court viewing. The facility will also host exclusive events featuring top pickleball brands like Joola, Selkirk, and Diadem, providing players with access to high-end gear and expert-led events showcasing the latest in pickleball equipment and technology.
To celebrate its launch, Sportime Pickleball Westbury will host Opening Day Open Plays on March 8, with level-based open play sessions running from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Additional launch events include a St. Patrick’s Day Open Play and Diadem Demo Day on March 16, giving players the opportunity to test out new equipment.
Sportime Pickleball is already a well-established name in the sport, with 70 pickleball courts across its clubs. However, the Westbury location marks the company’s first dedicated pickleball facility on Long Island. Sportime has ambitious plans to open more than 15 dedicated pickleball clubs in the Tri-State area, adding over 200 courts by 2028. In addition to the Westbury location, Sportime will also be opening its second dedicated pickleball facility in Englewood, New Jersey, featuring 12 courts and premium amenities.
