In a thrilling finale at the PWR DUPR India Masters, third-seed Sofia Sewing from the USA pulled off a stunning upset by defeating top-seeded Kao Pei Chuan of Chinese Taipei to clinch the inaugural Pro Pickleball title. The match, held at the DLTA Stadium, saw Sewing initially struggling to find her rhythm against a tentative Chuan. However, a series of errors from Chuan allowed Sewing to take control and secure a convincing 11-3, 11-2 victory.

Bhatia, after dropping the first set 8-11, managed to turn the tables by winning the next two sets 11-9, 11-8, thanks to an impressive comeback in the decider where he overcame an 8-0 deficit to clinch the title.
The DUPR India Masters, a PWR700 event organised by the Pickleball World Rankings, provided players with the opportunity to earn up to 700 ranking points, valid for 52 weeks.
