Shape Up Us and Munchkin Programs Present World’s Largest Pickleball Lesson in Northeast Valley – Registration Now Open!
Shape Up Us and Munchkin Programs are teaming up to bring the world’s largest pickleball lesson to the Northeast Valley, and it’s all for free! Mark Miller, the founder of Munchkin Programs, is on a mission to introduce kids ages 3-12 to the sport of pickleball, which has been gaining popularity among adults. The event is set to take place on Saturday, Nov. 2, at McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale.
In addition to the pickleball lesson, Shape Up Us is hosting a Family Fun Community Event at the same location. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., attendees can enjoy a variety of activities such as inflatables, rock climbing walls, hula hoop contests, face painting, and Ninja Warrior activities.
Shape Up Us, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health and wellness in children and families, has partnered with USA Pickleball and the McDowell Mountain Ranch Pickleball Association for this event. Admission is free for all ages, and registration for the pickleball lesson is open until Oct. 19.
Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of something big and learn a new sport while having fun with your family and community! Visit shapeupus.org for more information and to register.
