Side Out Pickleball Centers Expands with New Indoor Facility in Seattle
Side Out Pickleball Centers, a popular destination for pickleball enthusiasts, has recently opened its first indoor facility in Everett. The facility boasts eight courts and is located at 2716 119th St. SW, near Paine Field. But that’s not all – the company has big plans for expansion.
Side Out Pickleball Centers has announced a partnership with logistics and real-estate company Prologis and the Seattle Tsunami of the National Pickleball League to develop a massive 26-court indoor facility in south Seattle. The new facility, named Side Out Tsunami Pickleball Center, is set to open next spring and will be the largest of its kind in the state.
The Seattle facility, located in the Rainier Beach neighborhood, is currently under construction in a repurposed warehouse. It will feature state-of-the-art indoor courts and lighting, making it a premier destination for pickleball players of all levels. The Seattle Tsunami professional pickleball team will call Side Out Tsunami Center its official home, hosting tournaments, clinics, and other events at the facility.
In addition to the new Seattle location, Side Out Pickleball Centers continues to see success at its Everett facility. With eight championship cushioned courts and a pro shop stocked with top-of-the-line equipment, the Everett location has already garnered a strong following.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Side Out Pickleball Centers as we continue to grow Seattle Tsunami’s presence in the National Pickleball League and the Pacific Northwest,” said Stephan Keller, team owner of Seattle Tsunami.
The expansion of Side Out Pickleball Centers highlights the growing popularity of the sport, which was invented in 1965 on Bainbridge Island. With plans for additional facilities across the region and country, Side Out Pickleball Centers is poised to become a leading destination for pickleball enthusiasts everywhere.
