Monsoon Pickleball Championship Winners Crowned in Mumbai
The Monsoon Pickleball Championship kicked off in Mumbai with a bang, as winners were crowned in seven categories on the first day of the tournament. Ritesh Jaiswal and Anjali Pol emerged victorious in the Advance Men’s and Women’s Singles categories, while Niten Kirtane and Shakks Devnani dominated the 50+ Men’s and Women’s divisions.
The tournament, organized by Global Sports, is set to be even bigger this year with Westin Mumbai Garden City as hospitality partners. Day two of the championship will feature eight more categories and an exhibition match between top international players, including Jay DeVilliers and other pickleball stars.
With a total prize money of $100,000 up for grabs across 47 categories, the Monsoon Pickleball Championship is set to be a thrilling event for players and fans alike. Global Sports, the organizers of the tournament, have established themselves as leaders in the world of Pickleball in India.
