Apple is gearing up for a massive New Year’s program and feature update for Apple Fitness+ in 2025. With a focus on helping users become more fit and healthier, the tech giant has introduced a range of new programs and features to kickstart your fitness journey.

One of the standout additions is a brand new three-week course of full-body strength workouts, created by the entire training team for the first time. This program promises to be upbeat and fun, with a changing focus each week to keep things interesting and build consistency.

In addition to the strength program, Apple has also introduced Pickleball as a new sport to train for. Professional Pickleball ace Catherine Parenteau has developed courses to help users improve their game and enjoy playing more, incorporating upper and lower body workouts and HIIT to build stamina.

For those looking to master challenging yoga poses and meditation techniques, Apple has introduced Yoga Peak Poses sessions and an Introduction to Breath Meditation program. These sessions will help users tackle poses like Dancer, Twisted Hand to Toe, and Crow pose, as well as learn key meditation techniques for use at any time.

Guest trainers like dance sensation Alex Wong and music artists like Janet Jackson, Bruno Mars, Kendrick Lamar, and Coldplay have also joined the Apple Fitness+ team to provide new workouts and soundtracks. Additionally, Apple has partnered with Strava to share exercise data sets on user profiles.
