Picklebay Launches India’s First Tech-Based Pickleball Platform to Organize Courts and Tournaments

Picklebay, launched in May 2025 by Siddhant Jatia, is India’s first tech-based pickleball platform designed to address challenges faced by players such as unorganized tournaments, lack of reliable court information, and fragmented communication. The platform has mapped over 600 courts across six major cities, providing verified data on court conditions and sizes, and offers smart tournament management tools for scheduling, live scoring, and results. Within two months, Picklebay attracted over 1,100 users and aims to grow to 20,000 by the end of 2025, supporting the rapid expansion of pickleball in India, which now boasts over 1,200 courts.

Beyond being a directory, Picklebay actively partners with schools, hotels, and developers to build quality courts and foster community engagement through social events, corporate leagues, and travel retreats. The platform plans to integrate AI features for skill rating and player matching to enhance competitiveness and user experience. With a core team experienced in global sports events and backing from sponsors like Gold’s Gym and SC Bank, Picklebay seeks to create an inclusive ecosystem that professionalizes and popularizes pickleball across Indian cities.
