Pickleball Tournament to Support Ted K. Center Programs in Plattsburgh on August 2

A pickleball tournament supporting the Ted K. Center will be held on August 2 at 8 a.m. at the West Plattsburgh Pickleball Courts in Morrisonville. Open to all ages and skill levels, the event has a $30 registration fee and aims to foster community spirit while raising funds. Proceeds will benefit the Ted K. Center Jack Fisher Fund, which supports educational, social, and art programs for children in need living in Plattsburgh Housing Authority properties.

The Ted K. Center has provided after-school programs, summer camps, meals, and mentorship since the mid-1970s. The tournament will feature raffles with prizes from local businesses and pickleball gear sponsors. Community members, businesses, and volunteers are encouraged to participate, sponsor, or attend, with registration open until July 25 via email, phone, or in person.
