Phase Two Expansion of Life Time at PENN 1 to Include Premier Pickleball Club Opening in Early 2024
Life Time, the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand, is set to debut phase two of its luxurious athletic club experience in New York City in early 2024. The new 54,000-square-foot destination at PENN 1, located adjacent to Madison Square Garden, will feature seven ground-level pickleball courts, lounge areas, seating, and a bar.
The club, which is part of the PENN DISTRICT redevelopment project with Vornado Realty Trust, will also offer dedicated spaces for Alpha, GTX, and UltraFit training programs. With its prime location facing Madison Square Garden, Life Time at PENN 1 will be front and center to millions of people and will become the premier indoor pickleball club in Manhattan.
Those interested in accessing the pickleball courts can sign up for the Wait List. The club is easily accessible to office workers, commuters, and neighborhood residents, as it is located within the redeveloped 57-story PENN 1 building, which serves major office tenants and is close to the transportation hub in the city.
In addition to the completion of phase two at PENN 1, Life Time has plans to open three new destinations in New York City in 2024, including The Brooklyn Tower, Atlantic Avenue at Brooklyn Crossing, and Park Avenue South.
