Indian Pickleball Players Shine with Multiple Medals at International Tournaments in Malaysia and Vietnam

Indian pickleball players showcased remarkable performances at major international tournaments, including the Grand Rally International Tournament and the WPC Grand Slam in Malaysia, as well as the Asian Pickleball University Championship in Da Nang, Vietnam. Notable achievements included Sonu Kumar Vishwakarma winning multiple gold medals in men’s singles and doubles events, Tejas Mahajan securing gold and silver medals in singles, doubles, and team events, and strong performances by university players Vrushali Thakare, Anuja Maheshwari, and others in doubles categories.

These successes underscore India’s rising prominence in the global pickleball scene, reflecting the athletes’ dedication and skill.
