Excitement Builds for Opening of State-of-the-Art Indoor Pickleball Court in Crowley

Brand-New State-of-the-Art Indoor Pickleball Court in Crowley Already Has a Waitlist

Crowley, TX – Pickleball enthusiasts in Crowley are eagerly awaiting the opening of a brand-new state-of-the-art indoor pickleball court located at 320 E. Main St. The facility, operated by Dill Dinkers, a family-friendly pickleball club company with over 300 locations nationwide, is already generating buzz with a waitlist despite not yet opening its doors.

The facility boasts over 21,000 square feet of space, featuring eight fenced-in courts, a pro shop, ball machine, and event space that can accommodate up to 20 people. Additionally, a new pickleball court reservation system is in place to cater to leagues and small groups.

Justin Goehring, the regional developer overseeing the Crowley location, initially had reservations about pickleball, considering it a sport for older individuals. However, after being introduced to the game by a friend, he quickly became hooked and now leads the charge in bringing this popular sport to the community.

The rules of pickleball may seem straightforward on paper, but the sense of camaraderie and community it fosters among players is what sets it apart. Goehring notes that pickleball has brought his group closer together, creating a sense of connection and interaction that goes beyond the game itself.

Dill Dinkers, founded in 2022 in Columbia, Maryland, aims to provide a year-round indoor pickleball experience for players of all ages and skill levels. The Crowley location, set to open in mid-November pending final inspections, will offer workshops, lessons, and open play opportunities for players to enjoy.

For those interested in trying out pickleball, Dill Dinkers will offer a trial week at no cost, with clinics and lessons available for a fee. Monthly membership options will also be available for those looking to make pickleball a regular part of their fitness routine.

Goehring emphasizes the social aspect of pickleball, highlighting the opportunity to make new friends and expand social circles through the sport. With the opening of the Crowley location on the horizon, pickleball enthusiasts in the area are eagerly anticipating the chance to experience this exciting new facility.
