The Ennis Pickleball Club recently hosted its annual tournament, attracting players from various regions, including Seattle, for three days of competitive matches, raffles, and fundraising activities. The event featured multiple skill levels and age groups competing for medals, and raised funds through entry fees, raffles, a silent auction, and a partnership with Willie’s Distillery, which donated $1 per cocktail sold during the event.
The funds raised will support the club’s goal to build six new outdoor pickleball courts by spring 2026, providing a dedicated space to accommodate the growing local interest in the sport. With strong community support and local business involvement, the Ennis Pickleball Club aims to further promote pickleball and enhance recreational opportunities in the area.
