Dill Dinkers, an indoor pickleball franchise, has launched its first San Antonio location in the Stone Oak neighborhood, featuring five indoor courts with advanced ProCushion surfaces, LED lighting, smart court technology, and amenities such as beginner clinics, leagues, tournaments, and a pro shop. A second, larger facility with ten courts is already under construction near the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Owned by Brian and Karen Birdy, who also run a major Texas property management firm, the couple aims to expand Dill Dinkers to as many as 20 locations throughout the greater San Antonio area. With 450 locations in development nationwide, the franchise seeks to create inclusive spaces for players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy pickleball year-round.
