Chicken N Pickle to Open New Prototype with Farm-to-Table Menu and Pickleball Courts
Chicken N Pickle, a unique concept that combines a broad menu featuring chicken with the growing popularity of pickleball, is set to unveil a new prototype later this year. The Kansas City-based company, known for its indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, plans to open three new locations in addition to its existing six units across several states.
The new design, created in collaboration with global firm Populous, will emphasize the farm-to-table nature of the menu. With offerings such as quarter and half roasted chickens, barbecued pork, sandwiches, salads, and decadent desserts, Chicken N Pickle aims to provide a diverse and delicious dining experience for its customers.
According to Bill Crooks, the company’s chief experience officer, the new “farmstead” design will debut at locations in Glendale, Arizona, and St. Charles, Missouri. The prototype will feature a mezzanine, courtyard, and a variety of indoor and outdoor pickleball courts to cater to different markets and customer preferences.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Chicken N Pickle found success with its spacious outdoor areas that allowed for safe social distancing. The concept has evolved into a community hub, offering not just food and pickleball but also activities like yoga, runs, and bike rides to engage with the local community.
With each location capable of accommodating thousands of visitors annually, Chicken N Pickle has become a popular destination for people of all ages. The upcoming St. Charles location, set to introduce the new design, will offer a comprehensive experience with its restaurant, indoor club, game pavilion, canteen, and open yard.
As the company continues to grow and innovate, Chicken N Pickle remains committed to providing a unique and enjoyable experience for its customers. With a focus on quality food, fun activities, and community engagement, Chicken N Pickle is poised to become a staple in the dining and entertainment scene.
