The 2025 Parade of Homes, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans, showcases 16 newly built homes by 14 local builders across various desirable neighborhoods. These homes feature modern amenities, flexible floor plans, and luxury touches such as sculleries or butler’s pantries, wine cellars, elevators, and even a pickleball court. The event, held June 28-29 from 1 to 5 p.m., offers attendees the chance to explore innovative design trends like large porcelain tiles, fiber cement siding, and hidden kitchen storage solutions, including DIA Custom Builders’ unique invisible scullery/pantry.

The homes cater to buyers seeking style, space, comfort, and community, with prices ranging from $250,000 to over $2 million. Highlights include a $2 million Kenner home with hidden laundry doors and an elevator, and the St. Jude Dream Home in Bucktown, a $700,000 contemporary design supporting charity. The Parade also provides expert advice from builders, designers, and real estate professionals, with virtual tours available starting July 31.
